Luke 4:18-21  The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to  preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.  And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister and sat down, and the eyes of them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.  And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.
Jesus wants to heal your broken heart, deliver you from abusive relationships, set you free from addictions. You may be struggling with habits such as cigarettes, alcohol, marijuana, cocaine, pornography, gambling, etc.
Galatians 5:1  (GNT) Freedom is what we have, Christ has set us free!  Stand then, as free people, and do not allow yourselves to become slaves again.
Psalm 34: 17-19  The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.  The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart, and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.  Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.
A contrite spirit is someone who is filled with a sense of guilt or sincere remorse.
If you want to be delivered, pray and ask God to help you and he will.
There is absolutely nothing too hard or impossible for God to do in your life.  Your situation is not hopeless, you can be free.
I have heard many testimonies from people who have been delivered from all types of addictions.
One of my family members smoked cigarettes for more than 30 years and God delivered her in one day, just took the desire away and she never smoked another cigarette since and that was over 25 years ago.  Someone else I know was very heavy into drugs and alcohol and God delivered them and they have been free for many years.
John 8:36  If the Son therefore shall make you free, you shall be free indeed.
Jesus can heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out devils, open blind eyes, cause the deaf to hear, the lame to walk, he is the same yesterday, today and forever.
Matthew 9:27-30 (NLT) After Jesus left the girl's home, two blind men followed along behind him, shouting, "Son of David, have mercy on us!"  They went right into the house where he was staying, and Jesus asked them, "Do you believe I can make you see?" "Yes, Lord," they told him, "we do."
Then he touched their eyes and said, "Because of your faith, it will happen."  Then their eyes were opened, and they could see!
Mark 11:22-24  And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.  For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed and be thou cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he saith.  Therefore I say unto you, what things soever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them.
